1. Q: What kind motors can you provide?                       

     For now, we mainly provide permanent magnet brushed dc motors (including vibration motors, low voltage dc motors and high voltage dc motors) with diameter range in 4~52mm and also some small size gear motors. 

2. Q. Could you provide us a price list of product range?           

      As we know, the motor is a kind of customer-,made item. The parameters vary from the rated voltage, speed, current, out shaft, etc, in addition,  the price is also different from the different order quantity, So it is very hard for us to give you a price list. 

If you can tell us the parameters and order quantity of the motor, then we will give you our best quotation.  

3. Q. How could we get your samples?           

     Generally speaking, we are factory, we don't offe rmotor samples for retail. We only offer sample motos to who wants to use our  motor for product development or who want to change the previous motor suppliers with more competitive price.

     We can offer 5-10 sample for fee if the low cost motors, but we cannot cover the shipping fee. And the samples need to be charged    if the motor is very particular or high cost. 

4. Q. Could we visit your factory?                      

    Of course, welcome to your visit, please inform us at least 2-3days before visiting. 

5. Q. How long is your delivery time?                  

    The delivery time varies from 10- 25days of different motor types.

Such as the coin vibration motor and SMT/SMD motors can be delivered within 7-15days or even earlier.

    And for the coreless motor can be delivered within 10-15days for normal parameters and normal materials.

    And for the dc core motor or gear motors should be at least 20-25 days.  

6. Q.What is the minimum quantity of the order?        

     There are different MOQ for different motors, normally vary from 100-2000pcs depends on the motor you needed.
