Q3: What is colour temperature?
A: Better Lighting offer led corn light in warm white, natural white and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). If you need to customized any other colors, please consult with us about it freely.
Warm white = 3000K-3500K
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Cool white = 6000K-6500K

Q4: Are your led corn lights waterproof?
A:Yes, our led corn light is IP64 or IP65 rated. It could be used in outside street.

Q5: Do your led corn light accept OEM?
A: Yes, OEM is welcome. If you want, we could even print your logo on the led corn lights. If you want any other OEM way, just let us know the detailed information.

Q6:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A: For small order, express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send new parts and you don't need to send bad one back or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situiation.
