Product Description
Double Spindle Swiss Type Cnc Lathe
- The base of machine tool is cast in one piece with resin bonded sand, so it features strong vibration resistance and less deformation and ensure the high rigidity and high precision of the machine tool. It is widely applied in processing of long shaft components for electronics, telecommunication, facsimile machine and printer applications etc.
- The machine tool control system is Taiwan SYNTEC system(other systems are optional).
- Renowned electric appliances such as Yaskawa driver, servo motor and inverter as well as other world famous brands are used.
- The drive part of machine tool uses HIWIN/PMI high precision P3 class ball bearing screw and high speed linear slide rail, a famous brand from Taiwan.
- Automatic intermittent lubricating system is used, with intermission time controllable by the system.
- Full-closed protection and Exterior Design is graceful and decent.

Machine can automatically process the inside cylinder surface ,cone surface, circular arc surface ,end face ,such as processing ,and also can process the single and multiple threads in metric ,inch and other standards.
