Step 1: Please advise us what mould you need, original samples or product drawing is the good way to show us your need.
Step 2: Offer you competitive price as per your original samples, product drawing and mould specification.
Step 3: Place order to us. We start the discussion about mould concept. 2D & 3D product and mould drawings will be sent to you for approval.
Step 4: After all the drawings approved, the mould building started.
Step 5: T1 samples sent for approval.
Step 6: After the sample detection, we make modification as your sample report.
Step 7: After the T2 samples approved, the moulds can be shipped to you.
3. How long does it take to build an injection mould?
Usually 30 – 60 days is enough to finish one set mould you find in our website.
It depends on your mould specification and the production schedule in our workshop.
4. How to guarantee the mould quality?
We can offer you quality certificate of mould steel used. Of course the mould quality depends on steel grade, good and suitable steel can be a high quality mould.
Our steel: P20, H13, 1.2316, 1.2738, S136, 718, etc.
5. What’s your service after the sale?
After the final trial samples approved, we can offer you mould trial video, machine parameter of trial, extra spare parts, timely feedback of your mould confusion, etc.
6. How to store the moulds?
A. Cleanse the moulds with petrol, diesel oil or other detergent before the shipment.
B. Cover the moulds with clear films carefully.
C. Pack the moulds with strong wooden cases.
