6. Excellent electrical performance: FEP is a highly non-polar material with good dielectric properties, high electrical
resistance and a dielectric constant of about 2.0. It is an ideal C-grade insulating material.

The bag is made from FEP mould blowing film (double layers film), weld one end as bottom .

Operation guidelines:
1.Avoid filling pressure higher than 1000Pa. Fill gas until the bag is fully expanded, however, it is not so tense when you press
it using your finger.
2. A latex or silicon rubber hose should be used to connect to the analytical instrument from the gas sample bag; meanwhile a
clamp can be used to control the flow.
3. A needle can be used to draw gas sample or draw vacuum through the cap that is located on the top of valve.
4. PTFE valve has on/off function. It controls the flow. Turn the handle up along the axis to open the valve, turn 90 degree to
shut off the valve.
5. The valve is made of PTFE. It can handle corrosive inorganic or organic gases.
6. The shaft can be connected to vacuum pump through a hose.
7. Before use, flush sampling bags three times with the gas you want to fill.
8. Working temperatures should be -20 °C to 60 °C.
9. Keep away from flame and high temperature when filling and storage. Avoid contacting sharp stuff.

3D printers release film , Transparent 3D printer film
Our 3D printer membrane is our newest products for 3D printer releasing specially .It is used for 3D printers which (UV curing,SLA
and DLP type).It is placed in a tray for the glue to release, instead of silicone film
Main features:
1. high transmittance, UV light through rate of 92%, the curing time is shorter, better curing effect, higher precision printing;
2. More durable, release more than thirty thousands times. (refer to the printed page);
3. For many types of UV light curing 3D printer.
Type A: Peel off the protective film ,and then paste the release film onto the tank.Take the place of silicon film. More
conveniently to use than silicon film ,much longer working life than silicon film ,just like to pasted Mobile screen protective
film .
Type B :without adhesive ,but it need to be fixed at the bottom of the tray .
Size: 210 * 290 mm, and about the same size A4 paper, special sizes (20 or more) contact the owner customization.
Thickness: Type A: Thickness 0.125 mm; Type B: Thickness 0.1 mm.

Type A has adhesive and has positive and negative side.After peeling off the protective film ,paste the release film to the tank
directly .The one without adhesive is protective film ,peel it off and away,use the one with adhesive (adhesive side face to tank

Type B has no adhesive ,fixed the film by user ,its both sides can be used freely.
HOW TO USE IT ?
Cutting :
Please choose a clean ,windless,dustfree room to operate. Washing hands clean, using art knife to cut the film into the right
size you need .Edge must be orderly. Size can be a little smaller than the glue tank’s bottom plane.
Clean:
Clean the glue tank with microfiber cleaning cloth which is sent with the goods (or other glasses cloth),no Dust or blot,or it
will comes our bubble after pasting.
Paste:
Tear up the protective film from the 3D printer film at one corner and then paste it like pasting a phone’s protecting film .
