BXDJ-400 Automatic Bottles Cans Depalletizer Machines

BXDJ-400 Depalletizer Machine mainly use for automatically depalletizing of kinds of fixed shape glass bottles, steel cans from the full pallet one by one layer to the conveyor table in the outlet of depalletizer, for the next washing-filling-sealing packing process. This kind machine suitable for process of water,beverage,oil,etc production line, and also suitable for bottles,cans,etc products depalletizing works in various industries. 

This Depalletizer Machine could divide into Semi-Auto and Full-Auto type, also could divide into Low Level Depalletizing Position type and High Level Depalletizing Type.

       BXDJ-400 Depalletizer Machine’s advantage is could independent finish full pallet lift up and down, Whole Layer Clamping and moving forwards,bottles or cans conveying by conveyor works in continuously and automatically. The disadvantage is maybe need cut hole on the ground for embedded the full pallet’s hydraulic lifter.

Also could according to client’s different products special requirement to improve design for achieved film wrap works.

Machine Characteristics:

1. Adopt intelligent HMI to control & display machine running action status and with alarm function in real time.
2. Through multiple buffer design to realize running smoothly, and minimize the possibility of injury to the products.
3. Packing speed is adjustable (controlled by frequency converter).
4. Equipped with the safety protection function of accidental door opening. When the machine under running state , the machine stops and gives an alarm, and the indicator light flashes if accidental open the door.
