2 The use scope:
It is a packaging machine for semiconductor materials and applicable to volum packing. Loading material through vibrating disk and taking out material by vacuum manipulator so that materials can be carried to carrier band for packing.
This is a machine which characterized by self-adhesion / hot-press sealing to those mold cavity depth≦5mm and width≦24mm
