The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is composed of an air box, a dust removal box, a filter box, a dust collection drawer, a pulse dust removal system, and a fire prevention system. The air box is a clean air chamber with an air outlet; the filter box is a dust air chamber, which is composed of an air inlet, an inspection door, and an ash collection drawer. A filter cartridge is installed in the lower box, and the air inlet is equipped with a fire prevention device. The pulse cleaning system includes compressed air filtration and decompression two parts, air bag, electromagnetic pulse valve, injection pipe and pulse injection controller.

1. The filter cartridge adopts Toray membrane filter element, washable, easy to install and maintain.

2. Use polyester fiber as the filter material, and the outer layer is sub-micron ultra-thin fiber and the filter folded to increase the filter area.

3. The dust collector adopts the pulse injection on-line dust cleaning method. The ash cleaning process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller, and the user can use the time control method to clean the ash as needed. There are multiple filter cartridges in the dust collector to increase its effective filtering area.When a certain (pair) filter cartridge meets the requirements of the dust removal setting, the spray device will be started to clean the dust, and the other filter cartridges will work normally. The dust removal effect does not affect the operation of the equipment, so that the dust collector can operate continuously.
