Each seat backbone inside the backrest is made with 2.mm thickness tubes to ensure durability.
2. High density sponge with strong resilience
The foam come out from cold cure technique with molds,which keeps good shape.
3. Special develop durable leather
Our PVC leather is specially for bus seat, different from those used in sofa industry.
It does not worn out for years.
4. Made in House durable seat parts
We make metal cutting,bending,welding, punching,plastic injection parts,upholstery,assembling,in our own factory instead of outsource.Our quality can be controlled by our own.
5. Easy installation
The seat is almost fully assembled,you only need attached 2 seat leg onto bus floor.
6. More than 20 year only focus on producing seats
We do not make other bus/boat accessories,we only focus on seats.
Therefore,we have rich experience and know-how on producing and providing seat solutions for our customer.
