2   -How can I get a sample from your company and i need pay?

     -Sample order is welcomed. we can provide you with free sample if not big amount but shipping fee is paid by yourself.

3   -How long is it for your lifespan?

     - normal it is between 2 and 3 years. if uv printing,it can be more than 5 years.

4   -What kind of file is workable for you?

     -It will be perfect if you have vector file.if no. you can please send me high resolution image like pdf,tiff and ai etc..

5   -What is your lead time?

     -It needs within 3 working day for sample and within 7 working days for mass production.

6   -How can I place order?

     -30% deposit before production and the rest 70% will be paid before shipping.

7   -How you can control the quality?

     -Before mass production, i will make pre production sample for your confirm.In the production period, I will  show you many details photo for your closer supervise.Before shipping, we will confirm all details to you including package and something you will care about when you use the products.
