We have our SMT, Assembly Line, Die-casting plant, Powder coating workshop, CNC processing center etc.Our professional staff can control the quality easily, to avoid all kinds of quality problems.
3. Every LED lights will aging and quality checked & cleaned before packing.
4. Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.

Q1. How is your QC systems?
We have got ISO9001 and ERP Management. All of our products will pass strict QC processes before shipment.
Q2. What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-7 days, Mass production time needs 20-30 working days.
Q3. What is your shipping way?
By express(FedEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.), Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4. Can we make our own label on the lights?
Yes, we can use the label you offer,we can also do OEM & ODM.
Q5. What is the warranty for the lights?
We offer 3 years warranty for led panel lights and 5&7 years warranty for other led lights.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q7. We now have football stadium projects need to do the lighting design,can you help us?
Sure we can, we are professional outdoor high power LED flood lights and LED design provider, our design teams can provide you the best solution. And if your engineer can design yourself , we can provide the IES files for you.
Q8. I have a warehouse/workshop ,what's your suggestion?
Please give me the below information:
1. the area of the warehouse/workshop
2. the installation height
3. the requirement of the illumination
Then our engineer can give you a solution.
