D:Generally speaking, 20-35days in low season time, but 35-60days in high season time for glass/resin x’mas ornaments; while it’s usual 35day for big resin products. It depends on when your formal order is placed, and the order quantity.

1.For samples,we provide free of charge(except ones need new mould)if  a small quantity,but the buyers should bear the freight cost.

2.For large cargos:T/T,30%depost first ,and 70% balance before cargos ex-factory.

For OEM items, 100% R&D charge prepaid.

Our common safe packing method is that, each pcs is wrapped with PE foam, then several pcs into 1 inner box, then several pcs into 1 inner box, then several inner boxes into 1 master ctn. customized packing is also welcomed.

It costs us$200 per style to sculpture the 1st clay in 7days and modify the clay until you approved it, make the sample mold and complete painted samples in another 10-14days, open the production mold when the bulk order placed.

7.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:How about your quality guarantee? 200 skillful workers under 10 internal on-line QC and 3 finished products QC, guarantee you a strict quality controlling level and timely delivery. We can take photos or videos for different procedures for your review, so you will be clearly about what’s going on. Or you can send QC to inspect the goods before delivery, and if the goods arrived with breakage or very serious defects in our fault, we can replace the goods to you once you provided enough proof of damaged package or defective products.
