Faygo Union Machinery developed China first high speed linear blowing machine: FG8 whose single-mold speed can reach 13000 ВPН. It is developed totally independently,has our own inellectual property rights, and has obtained more than 13 nationa patents.
This machine is equipped with automatic perform loading and botile unloading system. It is applicable for all shapes of drinking waterbottles, carbonated bottles and hot flling bottles. FG8 is composed of three modules: prefrom elevator, perform unscrambler and hostmachine.

Step to stop blower
1.Off “preform enter” and “preform loading”.2.After there is no preform inside the machine, off “heating” and “blowing”3.Turn off water chiller, let the machine run 5 minutes with outpreform, then off “start” and “servo”.
4.Turn off air compressor, air dryer, turn offer air inlet valve, exhaust the air inside the machine
5.Turn off the power, clean the machine and working place.

Servo driving system
The unique cam linking system integrates molding-opening, mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating in one moment, equipped with high speed servo driving system which greatly shortens the blowing cycle and accelerate the speed.

Equipped with remote monitoring system, engineers in China headquarter can check the data collected and sent by the PLC anytime with the mobile, feedback will be informed to the client's site if something abnormal, give the machine 24 hours' baby care in the cradle.
Air cycling system
Heater distance in the heating oven is minimized to 38mm, compared with the conventional heating oven, it saves more than 30% electricity consumption.
Equipped with the air cycling system and redundant heat disacharge system, it ensures the constant temperature in the heating zone.
Molds
The machine adopts modularized design concept to make it convenient and cost-saving for the maintence and changingovers, To change mold only need 30 minutes.
