Aseptic Bag Filler
Aseptic filling technology is a new technology to fill and seal the packaging, the packaged goods, packaging auxiliary materials and packaging machine under aseptic conditions, which is specially designed for large capacity filling. Packed materials can be stored for 9-18 months under natural conditions, which greatly saves a series of costs such as transportation and refrigeration, and improves the storage quality of food. The material is sterilized by UHT equipment and then transported to the sterile space through closed pipeline for filling, so as to ensure that the whole filling process meets the requirements of asepsis and ensure that the microorganism in the product after filling is controlled within the allowable range.
