Working Procedure:

The lint can be processed on the machine after removing hard impurities.During processing, spread the loose lint evenly on the curtain. The curtain will bring the lint to the roller inlet. Then the roller will squeeze the lint to the front of the roller, and the cotton will be loosened by the roller.The cotton fibers are sent to the cotton dust cage through the cotton tunnel, and then sent to the middle feeding plate by the dust cage.The treated cotton is all attached to the cotton dust cage along with the airflow generated by the roller, and then sent out by the dust cage, and sent out evenly through the rolling of the cotton pressing roller.
