Please check whether the goods are in good condition within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will provide the photos and videos you provide to the logistics company for the claim process, but we cannot promise the final compensation amount. We will pay 100% of the compensation from the logistics company to you, and the excess part cannot be compensated.The terms of some channel insurance are that if the loss of goods is within 10%, it cannot be compensated.
Our company is willing to put the interests of customers first, but only if all processes comply with regulations. There is no free after-sales service for human-caused traces of use or damage. If the parts of the product are damaged, paid parts can be provided for sale.

Second Case
if it is the following situation, it is not a quality issue, we will reject any refund application below:
1) inconspicuous and washable small dust, small dirt;
2) The minor deformation of the repair can be handled by yourself, because this does not affect the sales and use;
3) No reason to refund;
4) All kinds of perceptual reasons that do not match the imagination (such as color difference, dislike, larger or smaller than expected, hardness problem, fineness of workmanship, color difference, smell, small error in size measurement, etc...)
Quality Problem Feedback:
Please provide complete product photos and videos, and contact us in time, we need this information to determine the cause of the damage. There is no factory that can guarantee that the defect rate is zero. Please have faith in us. International standards allow a 3% non-performing rate. We will give a partial refund after verification (the shipping fee is not included in any refund terms, and it cannot be refunded if the product is artificially damaged). If you do not contact us to send back the goods by yourself, we will not clear the customs and apply for destruction, and the loss will be borne by the sender.
