MJF142-1740 square wood multi rip saw can cut square wood to multiple battens at one time with maximum width 400mm and maximum height 170mm. The machine use two set 45Kw motors, so it has streng power to cut pine wood plank to the constructing battens. It adopts up circle saw blades and down circle saw blades, so its kerf could arrive 2.8mm. The water cooling system is used on the machine to increase the lifetime of saw blades. It could install 10pcs saw blades on the down shaft and 10pcs saw blades on the upper shaft. So there will come out 9pcs battens at on time. Its production quantity will be around 80 to 100 CBM for one working day.
Saw blades
The machine have up saw blades and down saw blades whose kerf is small, about 2.8mm. This will decrease the wastage of sawdust. The sawn surface is smooth because of wiper on the saw blades.
Control panel
The angle of control panel could be moved as the operator demand.
Rollers
The machine has 5 upper pressing rollers and 5 down supporting rollers. All rollers are connected with reducer which is contrroled by inverter. They can feed wood automatically.
Infrared lamp
The infrared lamp is to put the infrared lamp on the edger of wood plank and then saw blade will cut out the edger.
Anti-rebound plate
The anti-rebound plate can prevent the wood rebound back which maybe hurt the operator.
Motor
The multi rip saw use high quality motor, which can work in cold environment and high temperature.
