Structure:
It is mainly composed of one-effect heater, one-effect separator, steam-water separator, condenser, liquid collecting tank, vacuum

Working principle:
Steam enters the shell side of the heating chamber, the liquid level in the tube rises after being heated, and is sprayed from the nozzle into the evaporation chamber for vapor-liquid separation. The material and liquid return from the circulation tube to the lower part of the heating chamber for reheating, and the material and liquid are heated and sprayed again Into the evaporation chamber to form a circulation. The material liquid is concentrated to the extent, and the material is discharged from the discharge port after sampling is determined to be qualified. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is defoamed by the defoamer and then passed through the vapor-liquid separator. Part of the material liquid returns to the evaporation chamber. The remaining secondary steam is cooled into liquid by the condenser and cooler and then enters the liquid collection tank without condensation. The gas is pumped out by a vacuum pump.
