Thermally stable cream with a rich and pleasant taste of boiled condensed milk, is a filling on a dairy and vegetable basis, the product is ready for use for products that are further heat treated (withstands baking temperature of 250c), used for filling various products before baking.
Field of use:
• the product is thermally stable designed for baking:
• for filling and baking in gingerbread cookies, muffins (cupcakes), muffins and puff pastry products,
• for filling with subsequent baking in frozen pastry and puff semi-finished products,
• can be used both in machine and manual dosing.
Ingredients: sugar, drinking water, palm oil (refined palm oil, deodorized bleached, antioxidant tocopherol mixture concentrate E306), milk powder, corn starch, skimmed milk powder, stabilizers: sodium alginate, calcium citrate, sodium orthophosphate 2-substituted, acidity regulators (sodium citrate,citric acid), colorants: E150d, E155, Cream-caramel flavor,preservative potassium sorbate.
