The technical principle of MVR evaporator is to compress and reuse the secondary steam that needs to be condensed by the steam compressor to replace the fresh steam. MVR evaporator principle: steam mechanical recompression technology uses secondary steam to be compressed and reused by a steam compressor. In order to form an effective heating temperature difference, the boiling point of the material to be treated is increased within 15°C.
What is "boiling point increase"? The temperature at which the solution is in a boiling state under a certain pressure is the boiling point of the solution under this pressure. The boiling point of the mixed solution increases with the increase in concentration and evaporation pressure, and the difference between the increase is the increase in boiling point. Taking NaOH as an example, under standard atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of 20% NaOH is 108°C, that is, the boiling point is 8°C higher than the boiling point of pure water. This 8℃ is the boiling point increase value.
