Product Description
Pneumatic / Vacuum conveying system compression pipe coupling with Black or White gasket. Connection size from 38mm up to 202mm.
Our tube and pipe compression coupling is designed for permanent installation in plain end joints in a pneumatic conveying system. The band type construction of our compression couplings holds the entire surface of the joint in uniform compression. Couplings are fabricated from heavy gauge zinc-plated steel – aluminum and stainless steel are also available – and we provide a side band design for higher operating pressures or where vibration is an issue.

Stainless Steel Compression coupling
The inner gasket makes the seal between the two pipe segments, with interlocking finger structure which make the coupling air/fine
product leakage during the conveying; material could be black rubber (or white silicone rubber). Inside of the pipe coupling, a
conductivity strip which transfer the electrostatic charge generated due to conveying. There’s a conductivity protective ring available preventing easy wear of the gasket.
