Product performance description
IR touch frame - instantly transform any LCD, Plasma or front / rear projection display into an interactive touch screen.
Principles and advantages: The 36mm slim line interactive frame uses a matrix of horizontal and vertical infrared beams which pinpoint touch on the screen surface.
Unlike most other touch screen technologies our IR frames provide the perfect image quality and clarity as no other films or elements are placed in front of the screen.

Product Usage
Our IR touch frame's consist of a touch frame which can be simply assembled and retro-fit to any existing display. The frame is integrated with a printed circuit board which contains a line of IR-LEDs(diodes) and phototransistors hidden behind the bezel of the touch frame.
The IR touch frame comes as a 4 piece kit, which is simple to install and can be up and running within a matter of minutes. Simply affix the bezel to the screen surface using VHB or Velcro, depending on whether you require a permanent or temporary installation (tapes provided).
This versatile range of IR touch screen bezels means that you can quickly and easily convert any large format monitor/TV screen into an interactive display at a very affordable price -- Just plug and play. When touch is applied to the screen surface, the X & Y IR light beams are interrupted.
The Phototransistors from the X & Y axes detects the IR light beams which have been interrupted and transmits a signal identifying the relevant X & Y axes coordinates to the PC.

A: It is free driver, plug and play.
Q: Can i use bigger touch frame for smaller tv?
A: Yes, you can but it's not recommended, as the back side of our IR touch frame need to be mounted/adhered to a flat surface.
Normally they are mounted/adhered to the bezel frame of the display you are trying to make interactive.
If you need a custom size, we can do that as well.
Q: How many touch points can you provide?
A: We can offer 20 touch points.
Q: Is customized IR touch frame acceptable?
A: Yes, we can customize IR touch frame per your dimensions. Please provide the active size of touch area and we'll make a drawing for you.
Q: How to mount the touch screen on the monitor?
A: We will provide you 3M double sided tapes.
Q: Can you send IR touch frame with glass or without glass?
A: For small size 15” to 24” is with glass. For sizes from 26” or bigger, we suggest to ship without glass.
