GLASS CERAMIC TILE CUTTER
Glass cutter; plastic handle/metal handle
cemented carbide cutter wheels.
☆Glass cutting thickness:1-19mm
Usage: Cutting and separation of precision glass and ceramic tiles.such as architectural glass ,furniture glass, automotive and optic glass,and so on
* FINE MATERIALS: Made of industrial grade frosted iron and durable Tungsten Carbide wheels.
* ERGNOMIC DESIGN: Easy to hold and reduces wrist fatigue, letting you score glass with little effort and it gives you cleaner cuts.
* REFINED OIL FEED SYSTEM: When pressure is applied, an automatic oil dispensing system keeps the wheel lubricated every time you
cut. Durable Transparent body lets you monitor the fluid level.

Operation and causion
Matters needing attention:
1. Please do not use rough glass or glass that is not smooth;
2. The corresponding glass cutter model should be selected according to the thickness of glass, and the pressure and speed should be used reasonably;
3. Before use, it is best to fill kerosene or other oil in the handle cylinder and ensure that it overflows from the knife edge roller;
4. In the process of cutting glass, the knife plate of the glass cutter should be close to the ruler and move parallel to the ruler.
5. When cutting glass curves, the curve gauge should be made to facilitate better cutting of curved glass.
6. In the process of cutting, the pressure should not be too heavy or too light when cutting in a straight line, but 20N is advisable. The knife handle and glass are cut in a straight line at an angle of 45 ~60 degrees;
7. In the process of cutting glass, you only need to hear the crisp cutting sound.
The route crossed must not be repeated, otherwise the cutter wheel will be vulnerable.
8. It is suggested that a small amount of engine oil should be dripped into the working parts of the cutter wheel and the wheel shaft to prevent rusting and maintain the cutter wheel.
