 Overview

The crystallizing kettle is mainly composed of kettle body, stirring device, driving device, motor support, process nozzle, filter, mother liquor receiving tank, heating and refrigeration circulator and vacuum pump. The kettle body comprises an inner cylinder body and a jacket body. The stirring device is composed of a stirring blade and a stirring shaft, the form of which depends on the technological design. The driving device is set up for driving agitator device, mainly consists of motor, reducer, bearing support, the driving mode is magnetic drive, magnetic seal has the advantages of clean, quiet, good seal and so on.

Technological principle

After adding material in the crystallizer, cryogenic circulating fluid is injected through the jacket, the material is fully cooled and crystallized under the stirring action, the separated material is put into the filter through the bottom valve of the kettle body, and the material filter cake is obtained by vacuum filtration. The mother liquor flows through the pipe to the mother liquor receiving pipe tank. After the cake is removed, the mother liquor can be transferred to the crystallizing kettle by pipeline, and the heating function of the heating and refrigeration cycle is turned on to concentrate the mother liquor and distill it. After concentration, the mother liquor can be re-crystallized and filtered in the crystallizer to obtain the recovered material.

* Crystallization kettle: The crystallization kettle is equipped with a heating and refrigeration circulator, which has the functions of melting, crystallization and concentration.

* Filter: Jacket design, vacuum insulation, can effectively improve the recovery rate of filtered products. Equipped with movable casters, it can be disconnected from the crystallization kettle after filtering, and the product filter cake can be removed outside the equipment. The filter plate is equipped with a 50μ filter inside. When used with the filter bag, the product filter cake can be quickly collected without product residue on the filter plate. Easy to clean.

* Mother liquor receiving tank: The mother liquor receiving tank and the crystallization kettle body are equipped with connecting pipelines, and the mother liquor can be returned to the crystallization kettle through the pipeline for concentration.
