With strong technical force, we have specialized in scaffolding manufacturing of scaffolding and scaffold accessories for many years. Our manufactured products includes frame scaffolding, ringlock and cuplock system, screw jacks and base plates, scaffold couplers and formwork accessories, etc. Our company has passed ISO9001:2015 certification which provides a major improvement in our manufacturing management and product quality control. The company has technical engineers with the ability of researching and developing in manufacturing and we design and make all the forging, machining, welding and other production molds used in the production process which are a solid foundation for researching and production.
The company has production capacity of many kinds of scaffolding products and most of these products are made in our plant in Rizhao. We manufacture most of our products automatically,such as the welding of the ringlock standards and ledgers, screw jacks, etc. And all the frame scaffolding is welded with robotic welding machines.
The Company has complete control procedure and system for product quality control, and has implemented strict quality control system in every step of the production from raw materials to finished products.
