The degerminator system is for removing corn seed skin, root and black stalk, and separating maize germ. The peeling part is a preparetion stage to get peeled clean corn kernels. These kernels are broken with about half corn seed size or less than half . Then feed peeled kernel into crushing silo and start crushing. Finally corn grits are graded into different sizes. The finished products including big corn grits, small corn grits, and cornflour.
