A1: The warranty covers 4~10 months from different laser tube series and power.

Q2: What's the lifetime of your co2 laser tube?

A2: The lifetime is 10,000 hours for laser tube 90~150w, and we asure you that SPT laser tube will work no less than any tube, EVEN LONGER TIME.

Q3: What will we do before shipping?

A3-1: QC will inspect each laser tube again before packing;

A3-2: The cables will be soldered well on anode & cathode terminal for C series laser tube to make it easier for you to install it on your machine.

Q4: Do you accept customization of laser tube?

A4: Yes, customized design is accepted, and MOQ is 50pcs, leadtime is 15 days for mass production.

Q5: How to choose correct laser tube for your laser machine?

A5: If you have no idea about the exact power of your laser tube, the diameter and length of your old laser tube should be measured, and update it to our sales, they will advise you the right one to choose.
