Huizhou Hongfeng technology development Co., Ltd. is a Hongkong Enterprise with rich experience in bags industry. We’ve established a factory in Huizhou Guangdong, with own property of 23,000 square meters, around 80km away from Shenzhen airport. We are specialized in waterproof and nylon bags, We have formed a large export enterprise & a supply chain all-through development and production. We have passed factory audit: ISO9001, SA8000, SMETA and have Disney Fama certificate. Furthermore, Hongfeng has set up waterproof production line and specialized in ODM bag production. We can achieve a monthly turnover of over 80000pcs bags in just 30 calendar days.Last but not least, we have our own testing system, quality control department and machines to ensure our products are always in the best conditions and quality!

Q1: What kind of product your company produce?
A: Bike bags, cooler bags, dry bag, backpacks, duffel bag and so on.
Q2: Can you send samples before we place order?
A: Yes, we can send samples as requested and sample fee can be refunded when you place order. Freight fee has to be paid by your side.
Q3: What is your sample time?
A: Normally, 5-7 working days.
Q4: Can I custom my own LOGO in this bag?
A: Yes. We can do custom logos on the products by: embossing, foil-stamping, silk-screening, laser engraving, or embroidering.
Q5: How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.
Q6: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q7: What’s the payment?
A: Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C, Western Union.
Q8: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q9: How about import custom fee?
A: Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers. Kindly check with custom in your country to find out all related cost. If goods were returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.
Q10: How about the shipping method?
A: If you have your own shipping agent, you can use it; Meantime, we also had cooperated with many good forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and services.
Q11: How about after-sale service?
