A3: On-site and On-line training are available. Currently, because of the covid pandemic, on-site training are impracticable, but
the on-line training is preferred, including video meeting, various video and files, which will be organized by our sales manager
and professional engineers.
Q4: How about the warranty?
A4: The standard warranty is 2 years, since the date of B/L or AWB. Exceeded warranty is possible depending on the order quantity
and cooperation level.
Q5: Which type of Certificates granted?
A5: FSC/ISO/CE are available. FDA application is under process.
Q6：What is the main department will use High Flow?
A6: ICU, ED, neurosurgery, Neurology, Geriatrics, Respiratory and critical illness, Cardiology, Pediatrics
