Product Description
FD4270P is fluoroelastomer compound ready for use, designed fo producing oil seals, shaft seals, piston seals and other sealingparts bonding to metal.
Appearance: Slab
Color: Black, brown, green, red, any color available
Featuress: Good tear strength, eperformance in metal bonding, processing and mold releasing.
Processing: It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll mills or internal mixers.
Application: Oil seals, shaft seals, piston seals and other sealing parts bonding to metal.

Production Schedule
Fluoroelastomer raw gum weighting and adjust formulation.
Compounding in our internal mixers or two roller mills. Experienced workers compound several times ensure good dispersion.
Material cooling and cutting. Our normal thickness is 3-5mm. If you have special request please let us know in advance.
Color checking based on customers' request.
Testing on EACH batch of order, including Mooney, hardness, tensile strength, Elongation, compression set.
Well packed both inside and outside, ensure it won't be broken during transportation.
