We need these details such as Fabric type, Fabric width and the QTY before offer you accurate price.
2) If I wanna do custom printing, what kind of file format is workable?
150 DPI above , Vector design , Tif ,Jpeg ,PDF, Ai All can work
3) If I wanna custom my fabric color, what can I do to match the color?
Please help to send us Pantone or TPX color number to match, or you could send physical samples for us to match.
4) Sampling Time ?
Around 4-10 days.
5) Mass order time ?
6-10 days, If urgent, please advise.
6) Is the QTY exact same as the QTY we order?
As usual ,we will produce 5-10% more in case of defective ones.
So it should be some more or less. Let me know you want more or want less before order.
7) How you guarantee the after sales service ?
We guarantee every roll will be checked before shipment, If any quality problem ,we can reproduce or refund.
8) How can I make sure my copyrighted will not be reproduced?
We attach great importance to customer copyright protection, we never use client’s design for any commercial purpose and signed Non-disclosure agreement with all of our supplier chains to assure your design will not leak out in any other way.
