When you receive a product from Qun Long, it must be11 years experience. We can guarantee the warranty for three years from the date of receipt. If our machine fails to perform properly because of defects in materials or workmanship during three years warranty, We will be responsible for fixing or replacing new machine .

3.How many days can you receive the products?

Product in stock will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time is about 5-7 days.

To return products,please contact our customer service with your invoice number, the item to be returned and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned freight prepaid.
