A:If you need samples,we can make as per your request .You should pay for the transportation freight and cost for sample,while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.

A:First we will discuss the order details, production details by email or TM, Then we will issue you the PI for your confirmation.you will be requested to do 30-40% pre-payment or deposit before going to production. after we got the deposit we will start production the order, normally 20-25 days.

A:The freight depends on total weight and packing size and your area.
