From April until the end of the summer, honeybees will fly a few miles away from the hive to collect nectar from plants and flowers, many of which grow only in the Far East. Among them are Maak Bird cherry tree (Padus maackii), Sakhalin Raspberry, Amur cork tree, Fireweed, Amur Acacia, Lespedeza bicolor, Sawwort, Eleuterococcus, Cyprus and Maple. Nectar of these plants when mixed together creates a unique taste and flavor what is nature's receipt of our honey.
