Product Description

It can be used to monitor real-time internal pressure and by liquid nitrogen filling cans and PET bottles and test other pressure by filling with steam.

The device can quickly detect and remove unqualified products and provide sound and light alarm, allowing users to always monitor whether the front-end equipment works properly to put an end to unqualified products flowing to the market ending with adverse effects.

When the remove of continuous substandard products is helpful to find the problems of the front-end equipment. If necessary, it can be set to automatically stop the front-end equipment to reduce the loss.

In addition, it facilities the detector to adjust liquid nitrogen machine filling volume. The device has capability of determining whether the internal pressure is qualified instead of destroying the tank.

The detect system makes use of Siemens PLC and high-precious dynamic tracking sensor, which is able to detect the small pressure change data. It gains judging results in time through the PLC and comparison and performs real-time monitoring for each product.
