1)Before production,we will dry ABS or PLA raw material granule for about 40minutes-1hour;
2)Mixed with colors masterbatch or colors powder;
3)Adjust temperature and dragging rate,make filament diameter range at 1.6-1.8mm/2.8-3.0mm,roundness +/-0.05mm,each spool net weight 1kg +/-0.02kg.

It calculates the length of finished filament before winding.

9. Auto winding machine(motor power:0.75kw)

Tension control device and automatic cable winding,to make sure all of our filament will be neatly winding.
