Experimental methods
1. Open the side door, and put the inoculation tools and inoculation bacteria into the box at the same time, so that the bread at the bacteria bottle will not be penetrated and the inoculation bacteria will be prevented from being killed.
2. Close the side door. The box should be an enclosed space.
3. Turn on the power supply, turn the switch to the indicating side of the germicidal lamp, and the germicidal lamp will light up, which can sterilize the cabinet for about half an hour.
4. After sterilization, turn off the germicidal lamp, turn on the fluorescent lamp (turn the switch to the fluorescent lamp indicating side), and you can inoculate. After continuous inoculation for more than 1 hour, you need to sterilize again.
Matters needing attention
1. 6 ~ 12 hours before each use, apply 5 nl of formalin and 1 g of potassium permanganate, put them in a container and put them in a box for fumigation.
2. If it is used for a long time, it must be fumigated at the end of each day, and then used the next day.
Maintenance
1. The power supply should not exceed the scope of use, so as not to damage the lamp.
2. The box should be kept clean and dry. After the experiment, it should be placed in a dry and well ventilated place.
