China Industrial Manufacture DZL 1ton 2ton 3ton 4ton 6ton Wood Firewood Log Waste Sugarcane Bagasse Solid Fired Steam Boiler
DZL series chain grate coal fired steam boiler is designed with single drum boiler with fire tube and water pipe. It has fast heat conduction and steam pressure rise quickly. It can adapt to various kinds of coal with compact structure and high thermal efficiency. This series of boilers adopt the latest science and technology such as arched tube sheet and spiral corrugated smoke pipe, which effectively improves the overall efficiency of the boiler, and prevents the occurrence of grate coking, tube sheet leakage and other failures.
Steam output:
- Steam volume: 1t / h-25t / h
- Steam pressure: 0.7mpa-2.5mpa (optional as required)
- Steam temperature: 0 ℃ - 226 ℃
- Fuel: coal, anthracite, bituminous coal, lignite, etc.
Hot water output:
- Rated thermal power: 0.7~7Mw
- Work Pressure: 0.7~1.25Mpa
- Rated outlet temperature: 95~115°C
PS: Customizable according to the fuel, steam quantity and steam pressure
Structure and parameters:
- PLC intelligent control system can realize automatic operation of feeding, grate operation, fan start-up and stop, water feeding and slag discharging.
- Safety valve, water level alarm, pressure gauge and pressure controller ensure safe operation
- The boiler drum is equipped with limit low water level sensing safety device to avoid water shortage accident.
