Engineering fiber/pp fiber For Concrete Reinforcement

EltFiber-PPMN monofilament fiber was produced by referring foreign advanced technology for fiber spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating. Mixing into cement concrete, it has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity, strong linking force. It is suited to reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar, specially used in engineering of building surface, floor, wall etc.

Features:

B).Apply conveniently. No need to change the proportion ofmortar, and just put the fibers into the mortar

mixture and stir for a moment after adding water.

much easier and this can improve the binding strength.

Usages & Application

Usage

1.According to each volume of mixing concrete,according to the cooperation than demand (or claim content)correct

measurement for fiber component at a time.
2.After the application of ready ,and join in the fiber,Use of forced mixer.
3.Will aggregate to attend along with fiber mixer ,but must pay attention to should ensure than fiber added between

aggregate,dry mix 30 seconds ,cement and water ,wet mix 30 seconds,make fiber energetic.
4.After the completion of the mixing random sampling ,such as fiber has been evenly divided into monofilament,the concrete

can be put into use.if still have fiber beam is 20-30 seconds ,extended mixing time can be used.
5.To participate in fiber concrete with normal concrete construction and maintenance process is exactly the same.

A). suit for the waterproof layer, floor, inner & outer wall of industrial and civil construction.
B). Increase cracking resistance on the surface of industrial workshop, warehouse and parking lot.
