Q1:What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?
A1:The quality of our products is stable and there will be no problems in general. Even if there are problems, most problems can
be solved by software and remote.If it is the hardware problem of the unused new machine, it can be replaced free of charge, or a
refund. If it is used, half of the freight will be borne within the warranty period respectively, and there is no maintenance
cost. Outside the warranty period, customers will bear the two-way freight + maintenance cost.(For subsequent orders, discount is
available)
Q2:How long is the guarantee of the product?
A2:According to the type of product,we offer Instrument 15 months free warranty. Lifetime maintenance service, may be
charged.Consumable materials used on the warranty, such as cutting knife
Q3:Can you supply customized products with our brand?
A3:Yes,OEM service costs, software is free, labels and other costs are subject to the actual purchase quotation.Label has a
minimum order quantity, OTDR minimum order quantity of 5 sets, small instrument minimum order quantity of 50 sets.
Q4:Can i get a sample free?
A4:A discount can be offered for samples of new products, or a discount can be offered for subsequent orders
Q5:What about the MOQ?
A5:We can accept the minimum order quantity is 1PCS.

A6:T/T Bank is usually used. If L/C exceeds $100,000, please use Credit Card.
