Hua Li Long is a professional foundry of artificial bamboo, artifical palm, artificial thatch, artificial bamboo ceiling, which has engaged in production and research of nano plastics for 27 years. It is a leading manufacturer of nano-plastic bamboo in China.
We have more than 40 injection molding machines (150g-8000g), 6 twin-screw extruder production lines, 4 synthetic thatch production lines, 6 silicone machines, 3 automatic printing machines, 1 mould manufacturing house, 1 laboratory room, 60 employees more, more than 27 years experience of R&D and management in plastic industry.
There are professional scientific researchers, materials research laboratories, experimental centers, and testing equipments to carry out nanoplastic research, new productdevelopment, and customized proofing.
We use plastic resin raw materials from brand manufacturers, add weathering agents, anti-UV agents, light stabilizers and heat stabilizers to ensure product life. Our products have passed material test certification, fire protection level certification, strength test, weather resistance test, fading test, life span test in complex environment, by TUV or SGS. Package and delivery of palm thatch.
INSTALLATION
1. Pick up a palm leaf.
2. Fold in half along the fold line on the front.
3. Put the palm leaves on the roof. The palm
leaf and the roof overlap by 25cm, leaving 4
2cm hanging over the eaves.
4. Fix the palm leaves on the roof with 4
screws.
5. Take the second palm leaf.Leave overlap
2CM between 2pcs palm. In the overlapping
part, the second piece is under the first one
to prevent water leakage. Secure the
palm fronds to the roof with screws.
6. If the length of the palm leaves exceeds
the width of the roof, use scissors to cut the
palm leaves short.
7. Move up 20CM to fix second row of palm
leaves.
8. By this method, fix palm leaves onto the
whole roof.
