Specification
Acid red 52 is also called sulfonyl rhodamine B. Sulfonyl rhodamine B is an organic matter, a dark red powder, soluble in water, can be used for cell viability tests. Sulforhodamineb (SRB) colorimetry using acid red 52 was established in 1990 as a cell viability detection method by Skehan. Due to its advantages of rapid, stable signal and low cost, it has been widely used, especially in the field of tumor research. The US National Cancer Institute has listed it as one of the standard anti-tumor screening methods.
Application: 1. Acid rose B is used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and direct printing of wool and silk fabrics. Bright red color with fluorescence, very delicate, good evenness, but poor light fastness, sensitive to water stains, only suitable for wool with low color fastness requirements. Can be mixed with acid yellow 2G to dye bright red dyeing wool products, also used for leather, paper dyeing.
