Q1, Are you a trade company or manufacturer?Do you have your own factory?

Shiyuan:We are manufacturer with our own factory, our factory locates in Dongguan, Guangdong, covers more than 8000 square meters area. Welcome to visit us!

Q2:How can I visit your factory?

Shiyuan: We are close to Shenzhen/GZ/HK,you can take flight or by train arrive to Shenzhen/GZ/HK airport or train station,we will arrange our car to pick up you.

Q3, Does your company do OEM?

Shiyuan:Yes, we mainly do OEM.

Q4. Can I have a sample order first?

Shiyuan:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality,in usual, the exist sample is free,you just need pay the shipping air cost. If you want to do your own design samples,we will charge little bit cost and refund the sample cost in formal production order.;

Q5, What do I need preparing to get a quote?

Shiyuan:You need to provide your quantity, size, printing method, material of the box and design artwork if possible. We will give you a quote within 24 hours after we get these information.

Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

Shiyuan: Usually MOQ is 3000pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q7, What is the lead time?

Shiyuan:3-5 days for sample. The lead time for production order depends on your quantity. We suggest you to send inquiry ahead of two months before the day you want to get the products.

Q8:Which port will you use ?

Shiyuan:: Shenzhen port.

Q9, What payment method do you accept?

Shiyuan:We accept Alibaba trade assurance, telegraphic transfer, western union, L/C, credit card. You can consult the sales whether we accept it if you want to use other modes.

Shiyuan: 30% deposit and balance before shipping by T/T, or L/C at sight, or cash in USD or RMB.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Shiyuan: Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number

Q14, How do you usually ship the products?

Shiyuan:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. You can contact the sales if you want to ship in other ways.

Shiyuan:Yes, we offer 6 months warranty to our products.

Q16: Quality control:

Shiyuan:We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.

Q17: How to deal with the faulty?

Shiyuan:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
