A skin allergy test indicates if you are prone to having allergic reactions to hair colorant's ingredients.
Even if you have frequently used hair coloring products in the past with no allergic reaction, changes in body conditions may cause a reaction to occur.
Always perform this test prior to using hair coloring products and do so 48 hours in advance. If rash, redness, itchiness, blistering or other skin abnormalities occur, please do not use the Color or other coloring products.

2,Is Foam Color easy to use if I'm a beginner?

A:Dexe Foam Color is suitable for beginners. Just apply foam on your hair with your hands and massage it. Hair at the back and inner layers will be well-colored.

3,Is 1 box of Foam Color enough for long hair?

A:1 box is sufficient for one application on shoulder-length hair.
For thicker and longer hair, 2 boxes may be required.
Insufficient foam may affect coloring results.

4,Is it more difficult to color thick hair?

A:Yes, it is more difficult to color thick or stiff hair. It is important to apply plenty of color and wait for an additional 5-10 minutes.

5,Can I color and perm my hair at the same time?

A:It is not recommended to color and perm your hair at the same time.
It is advisable to perm your hair before coloring as the perm solution may cause the hair color to fade.
Additionally, it is recommended to allow at least a one week interval before using hair coloring products after you have permed your hair.

6,Is it safe to color my hair during my period or pregnancy?

A:During your period or pregnancy, the scalp or skin tends to become more sensitive, so there is a possibility of encountering skin problems after using hair coloring products.
It is not recommended to use hair coloring products during period or pregnancy.
