TTE series inflatable high power DC contactor is suitable for DC high voltage, high current change applications. In the vacuum, because the pressure is low, the gas molecules are less, the breakdown voltage between the contact gaps is increased, and the possibility of arc formation is reduced to achieve the purpose of arc extinguishing. Inflatable inert gas decomposes and ionizes at high temperatures and is very different from air. At the same time, inert gas molecules and their decomposition at high temperatures have the property of adsorbing free electrons and forming negative ions, which makes them burn in inertia. The arc has a lower arc voltage, a smaller arc diameter, and a smaller thermal inertia of the arc column. The above two methods have high requirements on the processability, and the airtightness of the product during the entire life process cannot be destroyed, otherwise the product life will be greatly shortened.
