Preservative Natamycin
Natamycindescription：
Natamycin is a natural, broad-spectrum, efficient and safe filamentous fungal inhibitor of yeast and molds. It can not only inhibit fungi, but also prevent the production of mycotoxins.Natamycin is not harmful to humans, is difficult to be absorbed by the human digestive tract, and is difficult for microorganisms to develop resistance to it. Because of its low solubility, natamycin is commonly used as a biological preservative on food surfaces
