High-precision solid, dust guided wave radar level meter/radar level transmitter

Due to the advanced microprocessor and unique choDiscovery echo processing technology, guided wave radar level meter can be applied to various complex working conditions. A variety of process connection modes and types of detection components make the RD600 series guided wave radar level meter suitable for various complex working conditions and application occasions. Such as high temperature, high pressure and medium with small dielectric constant. Using pulse working mode, guided wave radar level meter has extremely low emission power and can be installed in various metal and nonmetal containers, which is harmful to human body and environment.

Product installation:
1. Keep away from the outlet and inlet as far as possible;
2. For metal cans and plastic cans, it is not allowed to touch the tank wall during the entire measurement process and within the measurement range; if it is a metal can, the level meter cannot be installed in the center of the tank;
3. The meter is suitable to be installed at a quarter of the diameter of the silo, and the minimum distance between the cable probe and the rod probe from the tank wall is not less than 30mm;
4. The bottom of the probe is about 30mm away from the bottom of the tank;
5. The minimum distance between the probe and the obstacle in the tank is not less than 200mm;
6. If the bottom of the container is immature, the sensor can be installed in the middle of the tank top.

Cable shielding and wiring:
Both ends of the shielded cable should be grounded. Inside the sensor, the shield must be directly connected to the internal ground terminal, and the external ground terminal on the housing must be connected to the ground. If there is a ground current, the shield end of the shielded cable far away from the instrument must be grounded through a ceramic capacitor (such as InF/1500V) to block and bypass high-frequency interference signals.
