Raw material
We use virgin PE material which the poly mailer quality is premium good, high tensile strength, no bad smell
Co-extruding
We have 15 sets 5 co-extruding machines, which makes our capacity to be Top 3 in this industry. The 5 layers blowing machine , will produce better quality mailers no matter color and thickness
Bubble laminating
Our bubble lamination machine extruding air bubble same time laminates with poly film, the air bubble diameter is 3.4mm and height is 9mm which is strong to against breaking, good protection of your shipping items.
Bag Making
We have 25 sets envelope making machines. Hot seal side to make the edge more stronger , daily capacity can reach 1million pieces.
