Product use

The extraction tank is mainly used for atmospheric pressure and low pressure water decoction, warm immersion, heat reflux, forced circulation, seepage, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery in traditional Chinese medicine, plants, animals, food, chemical and other industries. The process operation, especially the use of dynamic extraction is better, the time is short, and the liquid content is high.

Equipment types

There are multiple types of extraction tanks, mainly mushroom type extraction tank, tapered cone series extraction tank, straight type series extraction tank, positive cone type extraction tank, inverted cone type extraction tank.

(1) The mushroom-type extraction tank body is large and small, and the upper part has a large buffer space. It is not easy to produce a small diameter in the lower part of the bump, and the heat transfer is fast, and the heating time is short; the bottom is equipped with a central heating drum, and the heat transfer efficiency is high and easy. Ensure that the liquid is in a slightly boiling state, avoid bumping, and the heating effect is very good; the bottom is cylindrical, and the central heating drum can play the role of the material with the opening of the slag door, and is easy to slag.

(2) The tapered cone structure is generally used for the extraction tank with a large volume. The diameter of the cylinder is large and the height of the equipment is small. (3) The positive cone structure extraction tank body has a large diameter, a small slag door, good sealing performance, and a small divergence during discharge, which is easy to collect.

(4) Straight-type extraction tank body is long, upper and lower diameters, and the jacket is generally divided into upper and lower parts, which can be heated separately. The bottom is equipped with a central heating drum. The upper and lower jackets and the central heating drum can be heated separately.
