1. Paper and related requirements:

1) Design speed: 100 m/min Economic speed: 50 -80m/min

2) Working width: 1400mm

3) Space required (L x B x H): 60 x 11 x 5 meters (checked by the final drawing design).

4) Equipment operation direction: left or right according to the user's requirements.

5) Main power consumption of total equipment: about 65kw if adopt steam heating. (if electric heating is used, the total power of the equipment is about 270KW;).

6)Operation staff required: 6-10 operators.

7) In case of any technical changes, we will update and notify reasonably.

Self-Supplied Parts by Customers:

1. Air compressor, air pipes,glue delivery pipes will be supplied by customer.

2. Power ,wires,operation panel and line pipe will be supplied by customer.  

3. Water source, water pipes, buckets and so on.

4. Water, electricity, gas and ground plane installation civil engineering and grounding preparing work.

5. With the paper test, corn(potato) starch, industrial caustic soda, borax and other materials.

6. The device used oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic shafts, lubricants grease.

7. Supply food,and accommodation for engineer and technicians persons, and provide workers with lifting equipment and installation work.
